Investment Bank Emerging Domestic Markets

CALL MEETING 07 -10 to 08

I attached the mail received by the partner who along with Joseph Berto attended the meeting today with representatives of the MINISTRY:

As we all know, this morning we met at the offices of MICINN with those responsible for Address University General, and José Luis Felipe Pétriz Hernández Vázquez. Overall, we left quite satisfied with this meeting, with the peace it brings to see the operation of things from within. Obviously, we have no loans in our pockets, but progress has been made in some areas, primarily at the information that was creating so much uncertainty. Then you expose the news to which we have access, provided by our partners:

OPENING TIME APPLICATION missing
small fringes. Were necessary two reports: one legal and economic. The first one had been received in the DGU and second, presumably, would today. A lack of signature of the Minister and subsequent publication in the Official Gazette, it is estimated that will open later than 7 days.
Once the registration through internet, and a maximum of 15 days to get a ticket which will go to the respective banks, which trade under the ICO (15-20 days) and then made the payment ( 20 days approx.). We have calculated that within 45 days will be admitted to the loans.

imminent solution for urgent
POSTPONEMENT OF PAYMENT OF REGISTRATION: The DGU has obtained satisfactory answers when to apply for deferment of tuition payments by almost all English universities. There are two exceptions: the Catholic University of Murcia and the Ramon Llull University. Having problems with these universities are having two of our colleagues, Philip Pétriz calls for these people, and all who encounter such obstacles, to get in touch with him through the Platform for more details about cases, pledging to personally emphasize to the presidents of both. URGENT CASES
: Using the platform as a filter, priority in the management of those cases involved: residents abroad who have started the course, living in the provinces other than their own they have started the course and other special cases. It is important for us to establish a just order of priorities, taking into account that loans will be granted and that within approximately one and a half and will have money. We need a report of each case together with the ID of the affected in question.
In case of immediate need, we have been urged to apply for bridging loans as those that are requested after the grant of General Grant Universities, the grant seems not too difficult. Nevertheless, it is advisable to contact the DGU before taking this step, provided through Platform. Therefore it is essential
solidarity of those whose masters start later and those who can get away during those 45 days approximate.

DEVELOPMENTS IN TERMS OF LOAN
has established a maximum tariff of 240 euros per credit enrolled. Amounts to request
remain the same: up to 6000 input and 800 euros per month. Those whose masters
exceed the year-long may request a second input of up to 6000 euros, to be paid at the beginning of next school year.
The gap in pay increases to 5 years after receiving the loan, increasing the repayment period to 15 years following the expiration of the gap (20 years after receiving the loan.)
are retained income thresholds to enforce the repayment by 22000 per annum.
Students who go to study abroad will receive a larger allocation.

TIPS BY THE DGU FOR FACILITATION STEPS
From the DGU is a series of measures proposed by the applicants to avoid the collapse they suffered last year and provide all parties involved in the process:
- Make sure to fill out the form correctly to avoid delays in the application itself.
- Ensure that both the applicant and the Master meet the conditions required to qualify for the loan.
- Read thoroughly the details of the order to avoid misunderstandings and breakdowns.
We could also verify that the web form is already prepared, waiting for the opening of the application deadline. The system has undergone a major restructuring last year, in response to the many problems encountered, greatly facilitating the process.
appreciate the treatment has given us the patience in the explanations and the speed of responses. We hope to see soon met all these measures.

We thank Berto, Abraham and Joseph to attend the meeting as representatives of all concerned.
