I do know that we will report all cases of urgency or commitment which, in allusion to the principle of solidarity of the report of the meeting, are excluded:
1) those affected whose tuition payments or have pre after November.
2) those affected sufientes resources until at least December.
3) those affected likely to request deferment of enrollment by agreement between their universities and the Ministry through the Directorate General of Universities.
4) those affected have received the status of Fellow of the ICM, both conditional and unconditional.
addition, we remind the recommendation of the Ministry to cases of immediate need that is either request or ask for bridge loans Grant of the Ministry. Those who decide for bridge loans can be accessed by contacting us before.
