First you have to log-in. Then you will have to access the application and seek the alert "for educational attainment," "university." The alert was called "University Income Loans (ICO)."
studies requirements for the loan
requirements Study for the loan are the same as those that are needed to enter a Master's degree. These are, according to Royal Decree 1393/2007 that regulates the new studies:
Article 16. Access to the official teachings of the Master.About the title, I say it is not necessary to have it physically, because it is a long process, but if you have applied and paid the fees.
1. To access the official teachings of Master applicants must hold a English university degree or a certificate issued by an institution of higher education in the European Higher Education faculty in the country issuing the qualification for admission to Master's teachings.
2. Also, graduates will have access to systems under education outside the European Higher Education Area without the approval of their qualifications, upon verification by the University that those certify a level of education equivalent to the corresponding English officials and university faculty in the country issuing the qualification for admission a graduate teaching. Access by this route does not imply in any case the approval of the original title in the possession of the person concerned, or their recognition for purposes other than entering the Master's teachings.
