2. Formation of the Audit Commission
The Audit Commission is a body that is independent of CEAD the authorities of the Executive Committee, it has the function of monitoring the performance of the Finance Section. Guarantees the transparency of CEAD.

3. Discussion regarding the subject of scholarships
